The talented craftsmen in our Massachusetts-based workrooms specialize in custom rugs in all sizes, shapes, borders and edge finishes, including over 100 binding color and material options, allowing us to create a custom made rug that fits your space and your style.

Custom Made Rugs

We don’t stock pre-made rugs. All of our rugs are custom made rugs unique to your project or home. When you order a custom rug we first select the roll and cut to your specified size. Next we add the edge finish that you selected and apply it with the individual corner style that you choose. There are literally well over 100,000 combinations for your custom made area rug.

Custom Color Rugs

Our weaving and tufting capabilities in Fall River Massachusetts mean it’s easy to specify colors for your custom area rug. For no added cost you can change yarn color using the existing pattern and yarn type. For our vegetable natural fiber rugs some custom coloring is also available depending upon the volume of the order. Custom Yarn Type & Color

Further customize your wool rug by switching yarn type within Merida stocked yarns or dyeing-to-match within the existing yarn type. Our weaving professionals will create a CAD layout and strikeoff to test your custom rug design.

Fully Bespoke Rugs

Create the custom rug of your dreams! We start with a customer image or concept, then create a design to be used in the creation of your rug. We will then source the yarn, and undergo product development and testing to achieve your design at the highest quality.
